Self-Regulation for Me, Not for Thee!

Just to be clear:

It's OK for banks to regulate themselves...

... but not teachers. Not ever.

Sigh...

Not only can teachers not be trusted to provide any useful, meaningful input toward improving the quality of their profession because they are all obviously lying, cheating thugs, now they must be prohibited from administering and evaluating tests. The only way to solve this problem is to turn over the process to "pubic or private agencies". Yea, that'll fix it...
