We live in a country where over 4 out of 10 people who receive Social Security don't think they have used a government social program.

Think about that.

  1. Sadly, it is these same people...social security recipients present and future...who are screaming the loudest for cuts to public worker pensions in NJ. How do you think they would react if the government stopped funding social security for 5 years or so and then said "sorry, need to cut benefits because the country is broke and just can't afford to pay you". Think they would all say "ok, we understand?". Unreal.
