Instead, they chose not to address feudal laws making indentured servants out of highly qualified professionals, and looked the other way as increasingly absurd insulting edicts were applied to teachers only. We are a laughing stock among NJ attorneys who aren't inclined to take on cases that can't win, partly because there are no laws on the books to protect OUR rightsi. And don't even get me started on mandatory enrollment of new teachers into an organization that in no way represents their best interests.Mrs. King's music studentshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05211235832988015448noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9025948832913694345.post-21237201051636473762013-03-08T16:01:40.689-08:002013-03-08T16:01:40.689-08:00My question is where is the NJEA?? If your students don't test well, or you choose to work with the toughest students, your job will be at risk. How does this help kids again? Oh, yeah, it doesn't. It just makes it so they can fire expensive professional teachers and keep a constant stream of cheap labor going through the revolving door. Not to worry though. You can send your child to a charter or private school where they wouldn't be effected by this system. They will be segregated from the lesser mortals...unless your child is the struggling learner or behaviorally challenged. In that case, good luck.Teacher Momhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17023044658046241555noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9025948832913694345.post-10085381133885378742013-03-07T21:10:53.830-08:002013-03-07T21:10:53.830-08:00Jazzman,
